Don't Do It Perfect, Do It With Purpose
We live in a world where everything seems flawless:
Posts measured the pixel, brands that seem to have it all clear, creative portfolios without errors.
But behind such perfection, many times...
there is not a soul.
And it shows.
The problem with wanting to do it perfect
Perfection sounds good, but it is a trap.
You kept repeating drafts, delayed releases, fearing the error.
And do you know what the worst thing is?
While you do it perfect, you're not doing anything.
“Better done than perfect, if what you do makes sense.”
— Austin Kleon
The purpose doesn't need filters
When you believe from the purpose, there is something you feel.
It may be that the design is not the best. The video will not have the best camera. The website has details by adjust.
But if what you do is born out of a deep place, it's going to resonate. It's going to play. You are going to move.
People not connected with the polishing.
It connects with the real thing. With that vibrates. With what it feels like to live.
Excellence is not perfection, it is the intent
We're not telling you to do things by halves.
But stop looking for approval on each step.
That you let go of the fear of failure and you focus on do that what you do will amount to.
Because excellence is born when what you do is full of intention.
And that intention will note, is transmitted, it is spread.
“We didn't come to impress us. We came to transform.”
— Erwin McManus
What are you waiting for to launch that?
That project, that course, that video, that mark.
Already thought about it too much.
Already perfeccionaste in your head over and over again.
It's time to let go.
Not perfect, but for that to fulfill its purpose.
Do it now. Mejóralo in the way.
Most great ideas are not born perfect.
Born in movement.
They were born while someone is encouraged to release them without having it all figured out.
And if you get it wrong, ajustás. You learn. Evolucionás.
But you're on your way.
And that is worth more than a thousand plans saved in a folder.
